Citizens for A Better Byrnes Mill

The Citizens for a Better Byrnes Mill is a committee that was formed from the town hall meeting that took place on June 28^th, 2007. Our group is actively looking at ways to fix the problems so many of us have had in Byrnes Mill. We are tackling issues including:

• Police officers' professionalism and conduct
• Revising complaint policies
• Byrnes Mill's towing policies
• The speed limit on Hwy W
• Complaints about Byrnes Mill's police chief
• Removing tinted windows from police cars
• Having video cameras installed in patrol cars

We are going at these issues from many angles including hiring Civil Rights Attorney Steve Ryals.
